Finally, the sun is out! I wish I could go outside and play all day long. But no, I am a medical student, which means doing things indoors (like studying) most of the time. While I love learning about how to become a physician, in between class/rotation/reading/memorizing, there is one thing that I'm always thinking about--food. I.e. reading about it, cooking it, eating it, giving it to people + rinse/repeat. I grew up in a family who loved cooking and sharing food as much as eating it, and so I'm hoping to spread my love of food (good, nutritious, and of course, delicious). Ciao for now!
